Vegvisir Capital derives its name from the "Vegvisir", an old Nordic sign meaning "way finder." In old Norse mythology, it is said "that if this sign is carried, then a person will never lose their way in storms or bad weather, even when the way is not known."
Vegvisir Capital was founded to assist entrepreneurs in finding their way to scale. We make control equity investments in capital efficient, growing B2B software and services companies at an inflection point. We target companies with $5-$50M in revenue and $2-$10M in EBITDA. We look for established core products in large markets where new growth channels exist through product or geographic expansion.
This business model focus enables deal structure flexibility, aids in the value creation process, and builds strong founder, executive, and industry relationships. Our goal is to surround our management teams with all the resources needed to help the business scale.
Our team has decades of experience helping founders and their teams navigate accelerated investments in go-to-market, product development, talent, and M&A.
